420SICK was started in 2002 by Ray Coon(RD) and Craig Henry(BGC),this is a side project for both of them,that let's them stray away from there normal routines in there main project's. Ray Coon got his start as the frontman for ORPHIUS(when he was just 18)one of the best heavymetal band's to ever come out of phoenix,Az. He has also sang and rapped for Change of Mind,and opend for many national's with that group,he now is enjoying his time in 420Sick. Craig Henry started playing drum's in front of national act's when he was just 17yrs.old,he played drum's in METHRAN and FIELD TRIP both of wich have opened for many national's and now has been the drummer of TRENCH for the last 4 1/2 yrs. 420 SICK gives both of us a chance to break away from the strait up hardcore metal and do a little bit of da HIP-HOP thang.
